During a Support Call, the technician may request you to start a TeamViewer session. Please send your ID and PWD to support@itworx.co.bw for this TeamViewer Session. Do not close TeamViewer as this will close the connection. In addition, keep an eye out on the chat box in case our technician needs to communicate with you.
