Job Overview​

This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about IT and technology. The successful candidate will handle reception duties, assist with sales administration, coordinate workshop bookings, and provide essential operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming approach.

Manage the reception area to maintain a professional appearance.

Sales Support:
-
Prepare, process, and follow up on customer quotes and invoices.
-
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
-
Assist with updating and maintaining records in the CRM system.
-

Workshop Coordination:
-
Book machines into the workshop for repairs or maintenance.
-
Communicate with the technical team to provide updates to customers on job progress.

General Administrative Tasks:
-
Support stock management processes with proper documentation.
-
Assist with daily operational tasks as needed.

Customer Service:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure a high level of service.

Requirements
​

A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in IT or business administration are an advantage.

Strong interest in IT, technology, or cybersecurity.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
