Sales Representative

ITWORX are one of Botswana’s leading providers of hardware, software and associated IT services. We are constantly expanding, and are always on the lookout for talented, bright and ambitious people to join our sales team.

The sales role involves the following:

  • Researching potential and current customers
  • New business development, cold calling, email marketing
  • Achieving KPI’s, call targets and GP targets
  • Scheduling meetings with new and existing customers
  • Account management, quotations, regular customer contact, understanding strategy
  • You don’t need to be a technical genius, though we will expect you to be a very quick learner, highly organised, and able to keep up with new and emerging technologies.

Most importantly, you will need to be a clear and persuasive communicator, able to quickly build rapport with new and existing customers, representing ITWORX confidently, so they will embrace our company. You will need to build strong internal relationships with colleagues and external relationships with suppliers.
