What I need to share when logging a request

The below details are key when logging a request:

  • Name of Company
  • Name of the Person experiencing the problem and their contact details, especially Mobile number
  • What is the nature of the problem/request?

TeamViewer during Support Calls

During a Support Call, the technician may request you to start a TeamViewer session. Please send your ID and PWD to support@itworx.co.bw for this TeamViewer Session. Do not close TeamViewer as this will close the connection. In addition, keep an eye out on the chat box in case our technician needs to communicate with you. ITWORX WORKING HOURS

DESCRIPTION Hours RESPONSE
Normal Hours (Monday – Friday) 0800 – 1700 As per Helpdesk Queue (Priority based on Contract/Non-Contract client)
Weekends (Saturday – Sunday) and Public Holidays N/A As per client request
